“I am changing” (Dreamgirls)
Sunday, March 15th, 2009A few updates from this past week – and after this I am going to rededicate myself to posting more often and to try to keep t blog in the way I originally intended to. It’s my intention to create a living scrap book for the kids, family members, and friends – to try to document the good, the bad, and the ugly. It has sort of emerged as a once a week posting of cute pictures from the prior week, which is fine – but not what I set out to do.
Sophie is continuing to change very quickly. She is crawling pretty well now, though not fast. She started really moving on all fours on Thursday, and 4 days later is pretty good at it. She also is pulling herself up to standing and cruising around a little.
This morning – I felt her first tooth! Finally! After over 10 months – her first tooth is here! I would include a picture here – but we can barely see it right now – so I’ll post picture when I can get a good one. In the meantime, here is a picture of Sophie and Daddy as she concentrates on walking while holding on to Daddy’s hand.
Evan also had a first this week. His first popsicle! He loved it – ate both a strawberry one and a lime one on his first try. Here is a picture of him enjoying the stawberry!
